What is a Performance Survey?
A Performance Survey collects structured feedback on employee performance, development, teamwork, and contributions to business goals. It can involve self-assessments, peer feedback, and manager evaluations.

How do I create a Performance Survey?
Go to Launch → Performance, select languages, upload survey data using the Excel template, and confirm successful upload.
What are the common upload errors and how to fix them?
Common errors include incorrect file format, missing headers, empty mandatory fields, invalid question types, or missing options. Follow the template instructions exactly to resolve these issues
What is a Peer List?
Peer Lists define relationships between evaluated users and reviewers for peer reviews. They save time and ensure correct evaluation mapping for 360°, 180°, or 90° reviews.
How do I create a Peer List?
Open Peer List from the main menu → click Create Peer List → add evaluated users → assign reviewers → save. Disabled users remain visible but are excluded at launch.
Can I edit a Peer List after creation?
Yes, you can rename the list, add or remove evaluated users and reviewers, and delete the list entirely.
How do I launch a Performance Survey?
Choose the survey type (Peer or Self-evaluation), select participants, set survey title and dates, configure notifications, review settings, then click Launch.
Can participants complete self-assessments in peer reviews?
Yes, this is enabled by default and can be adjusted during survey setup.
What information does the Performance Dashboard show?
It shows launched surveys, participation rates, survey dates and status, overall scores, and detailed employee results. Results can be viewed by Dimensions or Employees.
How are peer survey results calculated?
Scores include all answers from evaluated users and reviewers, based on the survey’s results scale. Non-rating questions do not affect overall scores.
Can I filter results in the dashboard?
Yes, filters apply globally to participation rates and results but are not persistent across dashboards.
How long does it take to complete different survey types?
It depends on each survey but approx.:
