Use of artificial intelligence
atwork uses the Azure OpenAI Service to analyze anonymized text data and generate recommendations for action. Personally identifiable information (PII) is removed before transmission.
Personally identifiable information is not transmitted to the AI models. The prompts are designed so that no personal data is included, either in automated or user-initiated processes. Users can manually enter data in certain cases, but no personal information is introduced by the prompts themselves.
Inputs and outputs (prompts and completions) from the Azure OpenAI Service are not used for model training. They may be stored internally for monitoring and quality assurance purposes and are only accessible to authorized Microsoft employees under strict access controls.
Azure applies a standard data retention policy to the OpenAI service: prompts and outputs transmitted via the API may be stored for up to 30 days, solely for the purpose of monitoring and preventing abuse.
All communication with the service is conducted over HTTPS using TLS 1.2, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the data transmitted.
The resource is operated in the Switzerland North region, with temporary processing on global infrastructure.
