How to create a Performance-Survey?

Performance Surveys are created in Launch → Performance.

Steps to create a survey:

  1. Language Selection – Choose the languages for the survey content.

    • At least one language must be selected.

    • Languages are listed in English; translations are not auto-generated.

    • If a needed language is missing, contact your Customer Success.

  2. File Upload – Upload your survey data using the provided Excel template.

    • The template includes:

      • Rules: Guidelines for formatting.

      • Example: Sample survey for reference.

      • Survey Data: Enter the actual survey questions and structure.

    • Follow the template exactly to avoid upload errors.

  3. Results – The system checks the file and confirms whether the upload succeeded or failed.

    • Successful: The survey is created and will appear in Launch → Performance.

    • Failed: Errors are listed with specific cell references so you can correct and re-upload.
