The Health Check heatmap tab

In the Health Check you see the overall score, dimensions and HR KPIs for all circles in one view.

The Health Check brings its results together in a dedicated heatmap. You will find it in the third tab of the results view.

 

How the view is structured

Each circle row starts with the overall score, followed by the dimensions and the HR KPIs.

How the overall score is calculated

The overall score per circle is the average of all questions across the dimensions. HR KPIs are not included in the calculation.

Expanding the details

  • Expanding a dimension shows its subdimensions.
  • Expanding an HR KPI shows the five most relevant related subdimensions.

What has changed

The two previous heatmaps below the questions have been replaced by this tab.
