The Financial Simulator

The Financial Simulator is available for the overtime and absence KPIs. It shows the costs your current KPI situation causes, how that is likely to develop over the next six months if no action is taken, and what savings are possible by improving individual subdimensions.

Baseline and estimated

You get an overview of your current KPI values, the total monthly costs and a six month forecast. The trend is colour coded, green for an improvement and red for a deterioration.

Key drivers

The simulator automatically identifies the subdimensions with the greatest influence on the selected KPI and ranks them by impact as high, medium or low. This shows you where action will have the greatest effect.

Calculating scenarios

Set target values for individual subdimensions and click Calculate impact. The simulator compares your scenario against the current situation and the forecast and shows the potential financial saving.

Filters and costs

All calculations update automatically according to the selected circle filter. The underlying costs are based on a configurable unit price that can be adjusted in the settings at any time.
