Launching a survey distributes it to participants. The launch process has four steps:

Peer Review (360/180/90) – Evaluated users receive feedback from reviewers and can also complete a self-assessment.

Self-Evaluation – Employees complete only their own self-assessments.

Peer Review: Select a ready Peer List template to define evaluated users and their reviewers.

Decide whether evaluated users will also complete self-assessments (enabled by default).

Self-Evaluation: Choose individual employees to participate (searchable and filterable list).

Add a Survey Title (mandatory).

Set Start and End Dates (mandatory).

Configure Notifications (launch, reminders, last day).

Customize messages per language if multiple languages are used.
