How to launch a Performance-Survey?

Launching a survey distributes it to participants. The launch process has four steps:

  1. Survey Type

    • Peer Review (360/180/90) – Evaluated users receive feedback from reviewers and can also complete a self-assessment.

    • Self-Evaluation – Employees complete only their own self-assessments.

  2. Participants

    • Peer Review: Select a ready Peer List template to define evaluated users and their reviewers.

      • If no Peer List exists, create one before proceeding. Read the article here to understand how to create a Peer List. 

      • Decide whether evaluated users will also complete self-assessments (enabled by default).

    • Self-Evaluation: Choose individual employees to participate (searchable and filterable list).

  3. Details

    • Add a Survey Title (mandatory).

    • Set Start and End Dates (mandatory).

    • Configure Notifications (launch, reminders, last day).

      • Customize messages per language if multiple languages are used.

  4. Summary

    • Review all settings and click Launch to start the survey.
