Downloading your circle structure as an Excel report

You can download your entire circle structure as an Excel file with one click.

You will find the Download circles button in the circle manager, next to the bulk import.

What the export contains

  • All circles with their parent circle, name, description and status.
  • The full hierarchy in the order of your circle structure.
  • Deactivated circles as well as circles synchronised from your HR system.

Permissions

No additional permission is required. Anyone with access to the circle manager can download the file.
