The heatmap in the dashboard

The heatmap is available for strategic surveys, the Health Check and eNPS. Each row represents a circle, and the columns show the results per dimension.

The Overall column

The first column, placed before all dimensions, is labelled Overall and shows the overall result for each circle. This lets you compare the overall results of different circles directly. The column is available for strategic surveys and for the Health Check.

Controlling the view

• Expand and collapse all circles: open or close all circles on every level with one click.
• Full screen view: use the whole screen for the heatmap and scroll horizontally or vertically as needed.
• Legend: the info icon explains the score colours and the symbols used.

Participation rate

The participation rate is shown as a percentage with its breakdown, for example 100% (5/5). You can therefore see how many responses a result is based on without leaving the heatmap.

Health Check

In the Health Check the heatmap sits in its own tab, which additionally contains the overall score per circle and the HR KPIs. See the article on the Health Check heatmap tab for details.
