      Managing your Performance-Surveys

      Once created, surveys appear on the Launch → Performance page.

      You can:

      • Create a new survey

      • Edit configuration (default language, evaluation/results scale)

      • Preview the survey as respondents will see it

      • Launch the survey to distribute it to participants

      Key Configuration Settings

      • Default Language: Used when the survey content isn’t uploaded in a platform-supported language (EN, DE, FR, IT, ES).

      • Evaluation Scale: The rating scale for respondents (e.g., 1–10).

      • Results Scale: The rating scale for reporting survey results.
