# How to modify, add or remove the demographic options

#### How to edit existing demographic options

1. Login to your atwork suite.
2. On the menu click on “Company settings”
3. Scroll down until you find Demographic data section.
4. Next of some demographic fields there is a pencil icon. Click on the one you want to edit.
5. Click on the option you want to modify.
6. Edit it and remember to update all the languages.
7. Click on “Confirm” to save the changes.

#### How to add demographic options

1. Login to your atwork suite.
2. On the menu click on “Company settings”
3. Scroll down until you find Demographic data section.
4. Next of some demographic fields there is a pencil icon. Click on the one you want to edit.
5. Click on the “Add new option” button.
6. Click on the new option.
7. Type your new option and remember to fill all the languages.
8. Click on “Confirm” to save the changes.

#### How to delete existing demographic options

1. Login to your atwork suite.
2. On the menu click on “Company settings”
3. Scroll down until you find Demographic data section.
4. Next of some demographic fields there is a pencil icon. Click on the one you want to edit.
5. Find the option you want to delete and click on the bin icon.
6. Click on “Confirm” to save the changes.
